Auditing Maine a month ago

I’ve only been a BJ’s member for a week, and Christine at the Bangor, Maine location made my experience absolutely wonderful! I had no clue how to get a gift card and put money on it, but she patiently walked me through it step-by-step. She is an amazing woman, and the store should be so happy to have someone like her. Her customer service is truly top-notch!

I didn't like how I was treated by a cashier older lady. She asked me for ID to make sure my bj card was mine. She didn't ask the 3 other people in front of me for ID. I think I'm going back to Sam's club
